The bill (Reg. No. 4160) suggests comply separate Budget Code provisions with the Constitution of Ukraine.
Following the results of the bill’s consideration in the first reading, the Committee adopted a decision to recommend that the Verkhovna Rada adopt the bill in a refined version with specification of its name (Reg. No. 4160-д) as a basis and in entirety as a law.
According to the Committee’s conclusions, adoption of this bill will allow comply the Budget Code provisions with the Constitution of Ukraine, and eliminate present legal conflict.
